Played Fa Joes in Lurgan last Thursday (27th) all went well! Was good fun although we had to leave earlier thus missing JISA :( but wanna thank Chris and the guys from Jonny is an Ambulance for generally being cool and having us down! Next shows lined up are in the Burnavon Theatre in Cookstown, we will be playing 2 or 3 songs in "Carol and Jimmy's House Party", a nights craic hosted by Carol Doey and My da, also featuring a shit load of local singers from Cookstown/Dungannon area, tickets on sale from the Burnavon box office at 10 quid a piece so make sure you make it! Apart from that we've generally been keeping up at ye ol' song writing, blasting them out at the moment and are trying to sort ourselves out financially to record a 2nd EP! so keep your eyes pealed, I havnt been updating this blog as much as I should but will try to keep it up to date from now on!
Thanks, Jarlath.

Holy Trinity, the school world tour! HAHA
Today I (Jarlath) went back to school for a day with Bob and Ryan :) Yes, we went into Holy Trinity College to record a few bits and pieces towards Ryans GCSE, nothing special, just a wee quick dodgy cover of Anthem Pt. 2 by Blink-182, was good to see the old school though! Its changed alot in the past 4 years.. OHWAAA! Also the show in the Fort this Saturday has been cancelled, which sucks, but we might be playing a house party in Magherafelt instead.
St Marys School of Rock ;)
Played in St Marys Grammar School in Magherafelt this evening for part of Johnnys GCSE performance grade, played one song which was "13 Going In 30" along side some fantastic singers and traditional musicians from the school, Have a gig confirmed in the Fort, Dungannon this Saturday, then another performance in St Marys for Johnny final performance grade either this Monday or Tuesday, now all i gotta do is figure out how the fuck im gettin' off work..

Had a last minute random rehearsal tonight, Ran through 13 Going in 30 a few times as we will be performing it tomorrow night in St Marys Grammar School as part of Johnnys GCSE performance. Bob also belted out a new song tonight which he had been working on at home, its shaping up nicely, just needs tightened and lyrics added.. MIGHT be playing at some guys house party this Saturday Night.. Waiting on a few more dates to be confirmed possibly in Dublin and Lurgan, alls sweet in Camp LSD! :)
Download our EP
On the 13th January 2010 Little Sausage Disorder entered Railway Studios in Lisburn.. The next 5 or 6 hours would involved live takes of 4 of our songs "Nigel Pye", "HA (she's killing me)", "13 Going In 30" and "Where is your proof?". What we originally intended to be a few "demos to pass around to our friends" turned out a little bit better than what we expected so we decided to release it independently as our 1st EP. Just over a week after we recorded we recieved the final mixes, before we knew it we were sitting in Ryans house printing covers and burning CD's one by one, so 200 - 300 cd's later we hit the streets to give them out for free, we went all out, posted them to contacts around the UK and Europe. The song "13 Going In 30" also received some radio play as well as reaching #3 on www.nichart.com. LSD are now preparing to return to the studio for a 2nd EP, so keep an eye out! :) In the meantime, If you havnt already, you can listen to/download our 1st EP for free at the links below..

1st Post..
Little Sausage Disorder (LSD) are a high energy Pop-Punk band from Cookstown, Northern Ireland. They formed in September 2009 by Bob Hutchinson (Guitar), Ryan Ruddy (Drums) and Johnny Ryan (Bass/Vocals) with the intent of just “jamming”. After writing a few originals, and playing a few shows, Jarlath Cowan was asked to join as guitarist and vocalist, and at this point Bob took up bass (his native instrument), and Johnny switched to lead guitar and remained as second vocalist.
To date we have played many venues around the country including;
Belfast House, Cookstown
Common Room, Dungannon
The Fort, Dungannon
Cobbles Lounge, Dungannon
Masons, Derry
The Bentley, Magherafelt
Fuel, Enniskillen
Fa Joes, Lurgan
including endless amounts of random shitholes and house parties...
this blog should hopefully be updated as often as possible with pointless shite and news that nobody cares about, just to keep it on record..
